My first official book, Musings From a Candlelit Chamber, will be officially in print within the week. I’m putting the finishing touches on it now and will print out the first copy in the next couple of days. I will be self publishing this book and the next one, including all marketing for it. The photo in this blog entry is actually the cover I designed for it this morning.
The title comes from the title of my blog and is a variation on several short poems I did that are included in the book.
Basically this book is short but compiles all the poetry, song lyrics, and short written pieces I have done over the years.
The next book, The Power of Music Therapy, is a program I designed several years ago for my work in mental hospitals that I have used during group therapy that has been very well received by patients for its insight. This should be in print within the next few weeks!!
My novel, which has a teaser chapter here on my blog, I hope to have finished in 6 months. With so much to do and so many things happening at work and personally it’s been difficult to get much time to work on it.
Anyway,, I will post again when the book is out and ready for ordering. I’m also looking into Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Borders for distribution.
