Midday Rum is a smooth Jamaican Amber Rum that already goes nicely with some ice and Dr. Pepper. Cheers!

And, finally,
It is the weekend and the grandchildren are here, which means it’s home brewing time. Phoenix helped me brew up a Scotch Whisky with intense notes of almonds, chocolate, and honey. Holy chocolate explosion! I added in a lot of sugar for good measure- so this is thick, strong, and flavorful. This batch is good as it is but will be sublime after a few weeks of aging back in the charred oak barrel.
