And, finally,
It is the weekend and the grandchildren are here, which means it’s home brewing time. Phoenix helped me brew up a Scotch Whisky with intense notes of almonds, chocolate, and honey. Holy chocolate explosion! I added in a lot of sugar for good measure- so this is thick, strong, and flavorful. This batch is good as it is but will be sublime after a few weeks of aging back in the charred oak barrel.
